Speaker Wayne Pace

Augusta ASSP Chapter member Wayne Pace has a combined 35 years’ experience in both industrial and aviation maintenance. He is currently working as an instructor teaching maintenance, human factors, hazardous communication, hazardous materials, and fall protection. In addition to instructing, Wayne assists the FAA as a volunteer safety representative. He conducts online and in-person teaching sessions for the FAA on the subject of best maintenance practices, human factors, and safety management systems. Wayne holds a bachelor’s degree from Embry Riddle in aviation with emphasis on maintenance and Safety Management Systems.
